Mobile Health Clinic for Ajegunle
Ajegunle is home to more than 500,000 people, but the nearest public clinic is a two-hour round trip for most residents. This fundraiser equips a retrofitted van with a nurse practitioner, a small pharmacy stock, and basic diagnostic equipment so the Lagos Community Health Trust can run weekly outreach circuits through the neighbourhood's five most under-served wards.
Funds cover the vehicle retrofit, six months of consumables and medication, and a stipend for two part-time community health workers who schedule visits and follow up with patients between clinic days. Every disbursement from this cause is logged and shown in the donation history below, in line with our platform-wide transparency policy.
This is an exchange
Offers something in returnAmara isn’t asking for a straight donation. She needs $220.00 to get her sewing machine working again, and she’s offering work back in exchange for it. Money moves to her when you accept; what she owes you is tracked from there until you confirm you received it.
Service Alterations and tailoring
Two full days of alterations and tailoring for you or anyone you nominate, once the machine is running again.
