Bring closed-toe shoes and sun protection — gloves, bags, and pickers are provided on site. We'll split into small teams to cover the full stretch of Lekki Beach between the fishing jetty and the boardwalk, then weigh and log everything collected before a short talk from a local marine biologist on what the debris tells us about ocean plastic in the Gulf of Guinea.
This is a family-friendly event — volunteers under 16 are welcome with a guardian. Water and a light breakfast are provided.
